We do Price Work only, however Total Final Costs are Negotiable and we use rate of £120 per day as guidance for one day’s work.

We can help with sourcing and offer Discounts on Materials from Various Suppliers. We have ability to provide design with 3 Dimensional Visualizations if requested. Our works are provided with Stage Payments with Maintenance Period Payment kept for 3 Months after completion by Client to assure decent quality has been provided which includes minimum of 12 Months Written Warranty for each work.
