I Want A Tradesman is not liable or responsible for any inaccuracies of information, loss or damage from any party.
I Want A Tradesman are not acting as an agent or contractor and are in no way involved with any work carried out. It is the users responsibility to raise any issues or complaints directly with the other party and resolve them in an independent manner. As a result I Want A Tradesman cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies, loss or damage arising from work carried out.
Relationships created through this website, including quotations, payments, delivery of goods / services and any legal requirements are the sole responsibility of the users involved. Therefore I Want A Tradesman have no obligation to become involved in any disputes arising between users.
In the event of a dispute between you and any other users, you agree that it is your responsinbility to settle such disputes independently and that I Want A Tradesman are in no way liable or responsible for any damages or losses incurred.
Payments
I Want A Tradesman operates a subscription based pricing structure for trade professionals. Standard subscription for trade professionals registering their business after the launch date of the website is: £19.99 per year. This fee is waived for trade professionals that have registered prior to the launch date of the website for the first 6 months of operation.
I Want A Tradesman also operates an SMS service for all users to be notified of interactions through the website, the costs for this service can be found in your account area.
All balances, subscription fee's and SMS bundle costs are final and non-refundable. Any outstanding balance will result in the account of the trade professional being locked and unable to quote for jobs until the outstanding balance has been settled.
By using the website you agree to pay all outstanding balances once they're due and appear in your account area.
All charges are exclusive of VAT. I Want A Tradesman is not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged.
SMS notifications
The SMS notifications service is an optional service, which provides notifications of interactions through the website for all users and can be controlled by the account area. Although this service is very reliable, the timely delivery of notifications cannot be guaranteed. Therefore I Want A Tradesman is not liable nor responsible for any delay, loss or damage incurred through this service.
Feedback
This website operates a feedback system, which allows users to post information about the work carried out by the trade professional. Due to the user-contributed nature of this system, I Want A Tradesman cannot be held responsible for the content posted by users.
It is the users responsibility to post an accurate and fair evaluation of the work carried out by the trade professional. Feedback must not contain any profanities or any unfair representation of the trade professional. I Want A Tradesman perform regular checks on feedback posted on the website and reserve the right to remove any feedback and ban users from the system.
