Also need small bathroom refurbishment, existing area of damaged flooring replaced, old tiles removed, shower door fitting & laminate / lino flooring laid. 15'x10' living room needs laminated flooring laid, Entrance Hall needs laminate flooring laid. 2 bedrooms need carpeting. Possible requirement for lighting being changed from old spots to modern spots depending on costing. Work commencing last two weeks May / first two weeks of June.
