Also, I have an outside door where the handle on the lock has kinda died. I think the handle might just need replacing but if neccessary I am happy to pay for a new lock to be installed.

Brilliant,The cheapest quote I have recieved and I believe by far the best company I have had out. The chap from P & B Roofing came out first thing this morning and he showed me photograpghs of all types of guttering etc and I didn't know you could have a choice haha I have had 4 other roofing companies out to quote me, I got their numbers out of the yellow pages and to be truthful I was NOT impressed and I told my work colleauge the difficulty I have been having and he recommended P & B Roofing so I came to research them and here they are I WILL LET YOU GUYS NO HOW THE JOB GOES NEXT WEEK
